About

Medical Card keeps the medical documents of your whole family in one place. Add a PDF, a photo, a scan or plain text. An AI model files it by person, date and medical area, then writes a summary and a translation.

Export by person, area and period as a PDF report in the language you choose, or as a full ZIP archive.

The original file always stays in the app, so you can check what the AI read. The archive lives on your device. There is no server and no account.

Medical Card has no server and no account. Your archive stays on your device, and the app sends nothing anywhere until you agree.

  • No account, no server, no analytics.
  • The archive stays on your device.
  • You choose the AI service: ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic). Only requests to that service leave the device, and only after you consent.
  • You use your own API key. The AI provider charges you for the requests.
  • Optional Face ID lock.
